UBCO is launching the Occuspace Project
UBCO is launching the Occuspace Project to determine occupancy levels in eight high-use classrooms. Occuspace devices will enable UBC Okanagan to make data-driven decisions regarding the planning, renovation and construction of appropriately sized classrooms that also accommodate modern technology and teaching tools.
Classrooms that will be included in the analysis for the 2023-24 academic year are rooms with the highest utilization rates on campus:
- ART 366
- ART 215
- COM 201
- EME 005
- FIP 204
- ASC 140
- LIB 305
- LIB 317
