The Access to Keyplans page offers access to detailed building floor plans created from As-built drawings and integrated into the Archibus facility information system. These scaled drawings provide accurate room area information and support various uses, including estimation, planning, wayfinding aids, and fire safety maps. The most current keyplans are available on the Records Retrieval System within 24 hours of completion.

Records Retrieval System

The Records Retrieval System is UBC’s online portal for accessing building and services records. Available for both Vancouver and Okanagan campuses, it includes keyplans, maintenance manuals, and specifications. UBC staff and authorized consultants can request accounts to view and download records, with updates added daily.

OSIS enhances the Archibus facility information system by providing an accessible online interface for floor plans and room details. This third-party application extends Archibus functionality, enabling UBC’s Okanagan campus to manage space inventory, room amenities, and employee records in Kelowna, while maintaining a centralized database for both campuses.
